1977 Clipper Marine 26' Sailboat "Phoebus Lodging"- $3800 -"Phoebus Lodging" is a 26' Clipper Marine Sailboat that is ready to sail! She's berthed in a slip in Marina Del Rey. This sturdy fibreglass sailboat is a great beginner's craft designed by Wes Crealock. She has a 'poptop' design for greater headroom in the cabin. There is a forward V-berth, galley with sink and fresh water tank, galley cabinets, foldable table and bench seating (also converts to small berth), and two more quarter-berths in the stern. My wife and I have been happily sailing her in Marina Del Rey and the Santa Monica Bay for a year now. We've been fixing her up bit by bit, but also sailing her at every opportunity. She's dry (no leaks) and handles beautifully. Alas, our planned vacation to Catalina never materialized, but she did make the passage from Port of LA in San Pedro to Marina Del Rey with no problems. We've seen dolphins twice in the Bay and had a wonderful, relaxing time. Selling due to new home payments to make. Here's what you get: Johnson 9ph outboard engine in good shape. Gas tank and flushing equipment for motor. Working main and jib sails. Anchor, rode and line. Navigational lights. Battery (on its last legs).
